Delete your account

From the app

Open My Full Day, go to Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address you use for My Full Day. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and tell me you want your account and its data deleted.

Matt will handle your request within 30 days after verifying that the account belongs to you, and confirm when it is complete. Please do not send your password.

What happens to your information

Your request covers your account, profile, tasks, projects, routines, medication records, grocery lists, notes, saved calendar connections, and uploaded files associated with your account. Account deletion is permanent.

Database backups can retain an older copy for up to 7 days after deletion from the active database. Some information may remain in security logs or records we must keep for legal reasons. If other information must be retained, we will explain what is kept and for how long when we handle your request.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage any subscription in the store where you purchased it.
