Overview

My Full Day is a daily planning and execution app that helps you manage agenda items, tasks, projects, routines, medications, grocery lists, notes, calendar events, notifications, meditation, focus timers, and voice capture. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide

We collect the information you choose to add to My Full Day, including account details, profile settings, tasks, projects, routines, medication schedules and dose history, grocery lists, notes, agenda activity, preferences, files or photos you attach, forwarded email content you choose to send into the app, and support messages.

Some information may be personal or sensitive depending on what you enter, especially medication names, health-related notes, calendar details, locations, email content, attachments, and free-form notes. Please only add information you are comfortable storing in the app.

Calendar, voice, email, and notifications

If you connect a calendar, My Full Day may receive calendar names, event titles, dates, times, locations, descriptions, and related metadata so those events can appear on your agenda. You can disconnect calendars from the app settings.

If you use voice features, the audio or transcript may be processed to turn what you say into app actions or draft content. If you enable notifications, we use device notification tokens and schedule information to send reminders you request.

If you forward email into My Full Day or add files and photos, we may store message details, body text, source metadata, filenames, file types, file sizes, and attachment content so those items can be shown with your tasks or projects.

Google Calendar and Limited Use

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, My Full Day uses that data only to show the calendars and events you select in your Agenda. My Full Day does not create, edit, or delete events in your Google Calendar through this connection.

Google Calendar data is not sent to third-party AI services and is not used to train, develop, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. The use of raw or derived user data received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• To operate, sync, and improve the app experience.
• To show your agenda, tasks, routines, medications, notes, grocery lists, and reminders.
• To connect optional services such as Google Calendar.
• To troubleshoot bugs, respond to support requests, and protect the service.
• To understand app usage at an aggregate level and make the product better.

Third-party services

My Full Day relies on service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, notifications, calendar connections, email, file storage, crash/error diagnostics, and optional AI or voice processing. These providers process information only as needed to provide those services to My Full Day.

If you connect Google Calendar or another external service, that service may also process information according to its own privacy policy and account settings.

Payments and monetization

My Full Day may offer a free trial, paid subscriptions, introductory pricing, or other purchase options. Payment information is handled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another payment provider rather than stored directly by My Full Day. We may receive subscription status, product identifiers, transaction metadata, renewal status, and entitlement information so the app can provide the correct level of access.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate My Full Day, when you ask us to connect an outside service, when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the service.

Retention and deletion

Delete your account or request deletion by email.

We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and improve reliability. You can delete your account from the app profile settings. Deletion removes or deactivates account data from active systems, subject to backups, logs, legal requirements, and operational retention windows.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete many items directly in the app.
• You can disconnect calendar integrations from settings.
• You can control notifications from app settings or your device settings.
• You can request account deletion from the profile section.

Android testing signup

If you join our Android testing list, we collect your Google Play email and any name or phone model you choose to share. We use these details to arrange testing access, send setup instructions and testing updates, and help with problems. We use an email delivery service to send these messages and share your Google Play email with Google to add you to the test. This does not sign you up for general marketing emails.

You can leave the list using the link in our testing emails. To request deletion of your testing signup details, email [email protected]. Leaving the testing list does not delete your My Full Day app account.

Children

My Full Day is intended for personal daily planning and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact me so I can review and take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use a strong password and avoid storing information you do not want in a cloud-connected app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. When we do, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice in the app or on the website when appropriate.
