Setup guide
Connect Google Calendar or an iCal feed
Connecting a calendar gives your day more context. My Full Day can show the calendars you choose alongside routines, tasks, medications, and the rest of your agenda. It is there to complement your calendar, not replace it.
Connect Google Calendar on iPhone
- Open Profile.
- Choose Sync Google or iCal feeds.
- Tap Add Calendar.
- Choose Google Calendar, then tap Connect Google.
- Sign in with Google and continue through Google's permission screen.
- Select the calendars you want to see in My Full Day, then tap Save Selected Calendars.
Connect an iCal feed on iPhone
Get the calendar’s subscription link from your calendar provider. This is the feed link, rather than the address of a calendar webpage.
- Open Profile, then “Sync Google or iCal feeds.”
- Tap Add Calendar and choose “iCal feed (URL).”
- Enter a Name and paste the subscription link into iCal URL.
- Tap Save to add the feed.
What to expect during Google sign-in
Google opens its own secure sign-in window. My Full Day never receives or stores your Google password.
Google will show that myfullday.com is asking for calendar access. That permission lets My Full Day read the calendars you select so it can show their events in Agenda. My Full Day does not create, change, or delete events in your Google Calendar through this connection.
Only continue when you started the connection from My Full Day and the Google screen identifies myfullday.com.
Choose only the calendars you need
You can select one calendar or several. Start with the calendars that help you see timing conflicts and commitments for the day. Return to “Sync Google or iCal feeds” later to add another account, remove a connection, or choose a different set of calendars.
If events stop appearing
Open Profile, then “Sync Google or iCal feeds.” If Google needs reconnecting, choose Reconnect Google and sign in again. Check which calendars are selected after reconnecting.
You can remove a connected calendar at any time. Removing it stops its events from appearing in My Full Day; it does not delete anything from Google Calendar.
