Setup guide
Getting started with My Full Day
My Full Day is built around one simple idea: keep the things that move your day forward in one place, then make it easier to return to them when life gets busy.
Start on your iPhone
- Download My Full Day from the App Store and create your account in the iPhone app.
- If you forget your password, choose password recovery from Sign in to reset it.
Start with a few real things
You do not need to set up everything at once. A good first pass is:
- Add one task you want off your mind.
- Add one routine that repeats in your real life.
- Add medications if you want dose reminders or a simple log.
- Add a few grocery items if errands are part of your week.
Know what belongs where
Tasks are for one-off things: calls, errands, forms, bills, reminders, ideas, and follow-ups. Routines are for repeated patterns such as morning planning, a weekly review, trash night, household resets, or recurring work admin.
Start small. A short routine you actually use is better than a perfect routine that feels heavy.
See your day and choose one next step
Open Today in Agenda to see your scheduled tasks, routines, medications and connected calendar events together. Open an item to read it, or use its circle to record completion.
Open Daily Scroll to check in with your tasks, routines and projects, make a quick update, or choose a next step.
Choose reminders when you want an alert
A due date puts a task on your schedule. Set its reminder when you also want an alert.
On iPhone, open Profile, then Manage alerts to review global notification settings. Your iPhone’s notification permission also needs to allow My Full Day alerts.
Find settings and help
Profile is where you manage settings, your Home-screen modules, grocery organization, calendar connections, and Help. You can return there whenever your setup needs to change.
