Set up routines and medication schedules

Routines and medications both repeat, but their records mean different things. A routine records an activity; a medication record logs a dose.

Create a recurring routine

Open Routines and use the add button. Give the routine a name and choose its repeating days and time, then save it. Open a routine when you want to review or edit its schedule.

Find the routines you need

Use All, Morning, Afternoon or Evening to narrow the view. Today only limits the list to today’s schedule. Active only hides inactive routines; turn it off to see those too.

Check off today, keep the schedule

Complete today’s occurrence from Agenda. Completing one occurrence does not turn off the repeating routine. Insights use recorded activity to show patterns and possible schedule adjustments.

Keep medication records clear

In Meds, add the medication and its schedule. Open its details to make changes or review dose records. Logging a dose records what happened; it does not change your prescribed schedule. Medication Insights describe logging patterns, not medical advice.
